Participant profile
an experienced academic teacher who is an educational leader at his/her university, designs and implements innovative teaching methods, who provide training for teachers in teaching methods, who inspires other teachers with his/her actions.

- defining the needs of academic teachers and universities in terms of innovative academic teaching,
- mapping activities to support innovative academic teaching in ENHANCE universities,
- exchange of experience in designing and delivering training,
- defining opportunities for cooperation.

FINANCING
According to the NAWA program, each participant will receive reimbursement for travel costs up to 2,000 PLN and 500 PLN for each night of accommodation, with a maximum of 1,500 PLN for three nights. Therefore, for three nights and travel, we can reimburse a maximum of 3,500 PLN. Since time is limited, in this situation, reimbursement will be based on the refund of costs. Unfortunately, participants will need to cover the expenses upfront and provide us with: travel receipts (no need for an invoice) and an invoice from the hotel, along with a bank statement confirming the incurred costs. We will fill out the application on-site and submit it to the Finance Department, requesting a refund of the funds to the participant's account.
We can invite 3 people from each university to the workshops (from abroad).
